About the Role
SENSE SCOTLAND - SUPPORT WORKER (OUTREACH) - 35 HOURS PER WEEK
Our Outreach service operates within a community-based setting, providing personalised support to individuals by
enabling and promoting independent living. We focus on empowering individuals to live as independently as possible by
offering assistance tailored to their needs and personal goals.
We provide support with essential daily tasks such as shopping, attending appointments, and managing household
responsibilities. Our aim is to support individuals with the skills and confidence to navigate their daily routines
