About the Role

Search Consultancy is looking for experienced Support Workers to join our team in Paisley. This role offers flexibility, competitive pay of up to £16 per hour, and opportunities for permanent positions. You will assist service users with physical disabilities and mobility difficulties, making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with physical disabilities
• Support young adults with mobility difficulties
• Drive a mini bus confidently
• Work Monday to Friday shifts
• Communicate with tact and sensitivity

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months paid support and care experience
• UK driving license is essential
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Skills in managing challenging behavior
