Support Worker - Part time day service

About the Role

Meet the Team:

Our Club 21 site is a lively day service provision that supports 8 individuals (male & female). The service is based on

three floors and has individual areas as well as communal areas to meet the needs of the people they support. The

individuals participate in a wide range of activities within the community including horse riding, swimming, visiting

local zoos and museums, and attending courses at the local adult education centre. They also like a spot of baking back

at Club 21. The specialist staff team in situ is looking forward to welcoming a new colleague to their award-winning
