Support Worker - Part Time

About the Role

Are you looking for a job where you can make a real difference? Discovery is currently seeking Support Workers to

empower the independence of one gentleman with Learning Disabilities and Autism in his home in Chard.

The gentleman we support has epilepsy and learning disabilities, he enjoys a wide range of activities both at home and

in the local area. Activities Support Workers may take part in with him include:

- Helping with meal planning so he can stay on track with his slimming world mission

- Going swimming at the local pool on a Tuesday and Thursday
