Support Worker

About the Role

P3 is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join our Adults service in Nottingham City. In this role, you will provide trauma-informed, strengths-based support to individuals facing personal challenges, helping them maintain their tenancy and develop essential life skills. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those passionate about making a difference.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trauma-informed support to clients.
• Assist individuals in maintaining their tenancy.
• Help clients build essential life skills.
• Work collaboratively with team members.
• Provide solutions-focused assistance in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Flexible and non-judgemental attitude.
• Passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Compensation
