We are looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join our team. This home is a brand-new 4-bed Supported Accommodation

home for 16–17-year-olds in Rhostyllen, Wrexham. This role involves providing daily support to young people as they

develop their independence skills in a safe, nurturing and structured environment.

This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people, supporting

them to build resilience, independence, and confidence as they transition into adulthood.
