Support Worker - Providing life-changing support

About the Role

Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and

autism

We are looking for experienced, compassionate, resilient and flexible support workers to join our Dimensions Team in the

NE5 and NE6 areas of Newcastle

In this role you will provide support across different homes and locations to provide high quality care and support to

adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, Autism and complex needs and physical disabilities.
