About the Role
We are working with a public client in the Sunderland area to recruit several Support Workers for a Reablement at Home
service.
This role involves supporting individuals in their own homes to regain independence and confidence following a decline
in health. You will work within the community, helping people rebuild daily living skills and improve their quality of
life.
