Support Worker required to support Sarah (aged 44 years) who lives in Gilesgate, Durham.

Sarah is usually an outgoing person but has lost a lot of self-confidence recently. Sarah has a diagnosis of

schizoaffective disorder and experiences thought broadcasting and constant voice hearing. Sarah requires support to

build up her confidence in accessing the community; particularly in going swimming and grocery shopping.
