About the Role

Overview and Responsibilities Support Worker (Residential/College – no personal care) Location: Cranborne, Dorset Hourly

Rate: £12.37-£13.49 per hour Annual Salary: £23,207.85 - £25,309.13 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Contract: Permanent, term time only (39 weeks) Hours: 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm- average 42 hours per week spread over 3-4

shifts per week (including every other weekend) **No experienced needed – Increased rates for those with experience**

At our Aurora Boveridge College, we support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who have additional social,

emotional and mental health needs, by preparing them for adult life and facilitating their transition into further
