Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking to appoint a support worker within our centre to provide compassionate, safe, effective and responsive

support, that will assist service users to maximise their independence.

This will involve providing support with a range of personal and practical tasks, that will achieve agreed personal

goals, sothat wherever possible service users are able to exercise choice and control maintaining their wellbeing.

You will be required to

Follow an individual’s plan, staff will report back to their manager, giving accurate feedback and record on progress
