About the Role

Support Workers Job Title: Support Worker Location: Belfast Care Setting: Supporting individuals with Disabilities,

Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Complex Needs Salary: £15.05 - £15.85 per hour (Enhanced rates available for additional

hours worked) Hours: Full-time, Permanent Typical shifts are 8:00am - 8:00pm, three days per week, with one full weekend

off every three weeks (rotational schedule). Benefits: Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year (inclusive of public and bank

holidays), increasing with service up to 33 days annually. Paid Breaks Recognition and Reward Scheme - open to all staff
