About the Role
New opportunities are now available in Bracknell for a Support Worker to join a leading social support charity at one of
their specialist supported living services.
This charity provides housing, wellbeing and integrated services across London and the South East of England for people
who require additional support to live as independently as possible.
The team provide service users with tailored, high-quality living support in the best possible environment for them
(whether that’s a group housing setting, supported flat, or in their own home).
