Support Worker

About the Role

We are currently seeking to recruit a friendly and trustworthy support worker to work alongside a family, therapy team

and case manager to support an energetic 15-year-old boy with complex care needs, in his own home.

Our Client enjoys going out on day trips, shopping, watching films, listening to music, spending time with his friends,

and engaging in creative and messy play. He loves to spend time in his walker outside, being active in the community but

also having days in with lots of interactive activities. The Client has cerebral palsy and epilepsy and requires 24/7

care which includes manual handling and full personal care. He is non-verbal but communicates via multiple communication
