About the Role
SUPPORT WORKER (BD9 - MQ)
13 hours personal assistant support required.
To support a 20-year-old man to access the community. Support required due to disabilities and being registered as
partially sighted. This support will include outdoor walks, gym sessions and exercising, plus other community activities
and attending local events.
A trustworthy personal assistant is required with use of a car, a clean driving licence with some previous experience in
