Support Worker (Supported Accommodation)

About the Role

We are looking for compassionate and experienced support workers ideally with a background in working with children in

supported accommodation or residential children home setting. You will be providing unwavering support to our young

residents. The ideal candidates will understand the complexities of trauma and rejection our young people may have faced

and will be committed to fostering a safe and empowering atmosphere. Ideally, candidates should hold a QCF Level 3 in

Residential Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
