Support Worker - Supported Living

About the Role

This Band 3 Support Worker role sits within the Adult Disability Service at Le Grand Courtil, providing 24hour support

to adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities. The focus is on enabling individuals to live independently

in their own homes. Staff use the Active Support Model focusing on doing things with people, not for them promoting

choice, independence, and participation at every opportunity to help service users participate in daily living tasks

such as personal care, medication management, cooking, cleaning, shopping, managing finances, and accessing the

community. Providing consistent, compassionate support that reflects Guernseys Care Values. Band 3 staff work
