Support Worker - Supported Living

About the Role

Main purpose of job:

Nottingham Mencap provides supported living services within a residential home for three adults with learning

disabilities. Our dedicated staff team supports residents to live as independently as possible, offering both daytime

and overnight ‘wake’ shift cover. Support may include one-to-one assistance and focuses on promoting independence,

maintaining daily routines, and developing life skills such as meal preparation and personal care. We also encourage and

facilitate meaningful engagement with the local community, helping individuals sustain and build social connections.
