Support Worker (Supported Living) - Team Lead

About the Role

Are you ready for your next career move! CWC Group is developing an exciting new service to include bespoke Supported

Living accommodation and care in the South Belfast & Carryduff Areas. We have two positions available for the right

candidiates who can lead a team of support workers in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and support to

individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or other support requirements within a supported living

setting. The Team Leader will ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory standards, internal policies, and

the values of our organisation. DETAILS No of Positions: X2 (48hrs per week, 12 hr shift pattern) - Ability to work
