About the Role
We are looking for a female Support Worker/Carer to support HG, a service user living in the Denton area of Tameside.
HG suffers from a number of physical health conditions that mean she requires support to keep on top of her household
with two young children and dogs to care for.
She requires support around the home, but would also like support to engage in more social and fitness activities such
as going to the gym, walking or swimming.
