About the Role
Support Worker – Specialist Education Setting Location: Totton, Hampshire Pay: £13.75 per hour Working pattern: 5 days
per week (Monday–Friday) Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to work within a specialist
education provision in Totton. This setting supports young people aged 11–19 with additional needs, including autism and
associated complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive
difference in young people’s lives and has previous experience in a similar role. The Role: Supporting students with
autism and additional needs in a classroom setting Assisting with learning activities and differentiated tasks Promoting
