We are looking for a Team Leader to work with a 10-year-old and their family. The role includes undertaking the

day-to-day management of the support package. Working with their MDT and school to ensure that their needs are met and

to maximise their potential. Supporting them in their home and the community.

The salary for this role is

• Weekdays - £25 per hour
