We are The Rose Road Association a Registered Charity providing essential Care and support Services in Southampton. We

are passionate about supporting children and adults with, Learning, disabilities, Physical disabilities and /or Autism.

You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications as we are happy to work with

you to develop your competence in the role and increase your confidence in the work that we do.
