About the Role

HOURS: This role includes weekend working on a rota basis. Hours are 40 per week.

Role Purpose

To work in partnership with young people to support their transition into independence and adulthood. The post holder

will empower young people to develop life skills, access services, and achieve positive outcomes within a safe,

supportive, and nurturing environment, in line with government guidance and The Sanctuary Project’s policies and
