Support worker - Watford

About the Role

We need a reliable, patient motivator to assist a client with Depression, OCD, and physical challenges (including chronic pain and mobility support).

Responsibilities

• Support daily living tasks like cooking and cleaning
• Promote independence and develop life skills
• Provide emotional support and build relationships
• Assist with medication management as trained
• Help clients access the community and social activities
• Encourage service users to achieve personal goals
• Maintain accurate records and report concerns
• Ensure a safe, respectful, person-centred environment

Requirements

• Non-drivers welcome to apply
• Flexibility to work weekdays if needed
• Minimum 6 months of professional care experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
• Up-to-date CV with full work history

Compensation

Location & Schedule

Part-time position in Watford, WD18, with shifts on weekdays and every second Saturday.
