About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join a dedicated supported living service in Derby. This role
involves working with young people aged 16 and over, helping them develop the life skills they need to live
independently. Many of the residents have experienced difficult pasts, so we are looking for calm, patient, and
empathetic individuals who can offer consistent support and encouragement.
Each resident has a personalised care plan, allowing you to understand their preferences and needs from the start. Your
day-to-day responsibilities will include helping with cooking, supporting with home care and domestic duties, providing
