About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Care Support Staff for night shifts at Swallowfield Gardens, a specialist care home in Bolton. Ideal candidates will be compassionate, reliable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents
• Engage in general activities within the care home
• Ensure residents' dignity and individuality are maintained
• Offer emotional support to residents in distress
• Work collaboratively with the care team
