Support Workers and Senior Support Workers
About the Role
Support Worker or Senior Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities and mental health problems based in
Saxmundham, supporting clients in their own homes to live as independently as possible, this would entail supporting the
service users to look after their own homes, attend appointments, promote choice and healthy life styles, along with
helping them to make informed decisions, some service users may require a small level of personal care. Successful
candidates would need to follow person centred support plans and comply with companies policies and procedures. Training
is supplied onsite, level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is advantageous but not compulsory. Senior Support Worker
