Support Workers - Drivers

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers who also drive to join our team. In this role, you will

provide essential support to clients at our Day Centre and will be required to drive, taking clients for shopping trips,

appointments, and other community activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort and

well-being while adhering to person-centred care plans. The ideal candidates must possess strong communication skills

and a genuine drive to make a positive impact on the lives of those in our care.
