Support Workers - Learning Disabilities/Mental Health
About the Role
We are currently looking for Full Time and Part Time Support Workers to work in our Supported Living/Outreach Service
operating in Southend and surrounding areas, supporting clients with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Complex
Care needs in supported living homes, or their own homes. Candidates must be available to work various shifts throughout
the week (Mon-Sun). The shifts available are day shifts working anywhere from 7am-10pm and night shifts from 10pm-7am.
The hours will be anything from a few hours work up to 15hr shifts, with the generic shift length being 7.5hrs. Sleep
shifts and waking night shifts may be required in some instances.
