About the Role
The Support Worker position at Railway Court involves assisting tenants with learning disabilities and mental health issues in a supported living environment. You will help them develop essential life skills and participate in daily decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to tenants daily.
- Assist in skill development and decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
- QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a formal care/support role.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
- Current registration with NISCC or willingness to register.
- Administrative experience is preferred.
