About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our valued client for multiple Support Worker vacancies across Guernsey (UK &
Channel Islands residency required). Opportunities are available within an Adult Disability Residential Home (Band 3/4),
Supported Living (Band 3/4), Autism Outreach (Band 4), Community Living (Band 3/4), and an Autism Hub (Band 3/4). All
roles require NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. These positions offer the chance to make a meaningful
impact supporting adults with disabilities and autism in a person-centred environment. Candidates must demonstrate
compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality care.
