About the Role

JOB TITLE: Support Worker - Learning Disability/Mental Health LOCATION: Woodbank House POST: Reserve List for

Permanent/Temporary, Part-time/Full-Time and Reserve List Woodbank House is a supported living accommodation giving care

and support for 16 adults with mental health issues. It is situated centrally within Omagh. Woodbank House provides

24-hour staff support services, 365 days a year, supporting tenants to develop skills and get involved in day-to-day

decision making. Essential Criteria QCF/NVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent And 6 months experience in a formal

care/support role* and previous experience of working with individuals with learning disabilities/ mental health issues.
