Responsibilities
- Support service users with daily activities.
- Encourage personal development and life skills.
- Engage service users in local community activities.
- Act as a mentor to other support workers.
- Assist the Field Care Supervisor as needed.
Requirements
- Experience working with adults with disabilities.
- Clean full UK driving licence.
- IT literacy and strong communication skills.
- Patience, compassion, and a can-do attitude.
