Responsibilities

  • Support service users with daily activities.

  • Act as a mentor to other support workers.
  • Assist the Field Care Supervisor as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience working with adults with disabilities.
  • Clean full UK driving licence.
  • IT literacy and strong communication skills.
  • Patience, compassion, and a can-do attitude.
  • Flexible and dedicated approach to work.
