About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
We have an opportunity available within the Building, Engineering and Maintenance (BEM) team for a Systems and CAFM
Development Manager to provide expert management and leadership skills and have a wide range of responsibilities to
ensure effective development, management and operation of the services within Estates and Facilities.
You would be responsible for data quality, developing and ensuring compliance of the policies, procedures and
accountability arrangements pertaining to data and information exchange throughout the BEM department.
