About the Role

Job Description Job Title: TDDI Nurse Location: Watford, Hertfordshire (covering surrounding areas) Reporting to:

Registered Manager Work Pattern: Part Time / Flexible Job Purpose To provide clinical oversight and nursing input for

individuals receiving Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI) within domiciliary care and supported living

settings. The post holder will support safe delivery of complex care in community environments, ensuring appropriate

clinical standards, governance and accountability are maintained. The role combines clinical input, oversight and

leadership to support safe outcomes for individuals with complex and long term health needs living outside hospital
