About the Role
What we are looking for:
A consistent track record of outstanding teaching, learning and assessment in a post-16 setting (FE, sixth form college
or school sixth form).
Strong coaching, mentoring and staff development skills.
Teaching qualification (DTTLS, PGCE, Cert Ed).
Excellent understanding of Ofsted and FE regulatory frameworks.
