Teaching Assistant - former care workers wanted!

About the Role

A specialist school in Southport is looking for full-time and part time teaching assistants to work with children or

young people from 4-19 years. The school provides an inclusive education for autistic students, across the spectrum.

There are other needs within the school, including learning difficulties, ADHD, speech and language, and some

behavioural needs.

This role would be well suited to those coming from a care background, due to the SEND requirements and needs of the

children. Ideally you will have prior experience working with children or young adults, though this is not essential.
