TEACHING ASSISTANT - COMPLEX ASC & ADHD SUPPORT - PORTSMOUTH

A primary school in Portsmouth is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide specialist 1:1 support for a

Year 2 pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and ADHD. This Teaching Assistant role is part-time, working five

mornings per week from 8:30am to 12:30pm, with a start date of 23rd February 2026.

This is a highly demanding Teaching Assistant role that requires a confident, calm, and resilient practitioner. The

child has a short attention span, significant behavioural needs, and can display physically challenging behaviour,
