About the Role
We are beginning our search to find a dedicated SEN teaching Assistant to join our ARB unit as a 1:1 teaching Assistant.
We are looking for a proactive team player that can bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience of working with
a high level of SEN.
In this role, you will support the teaching and learning for one of our wonderful pupils, building a positive
relationship and bringing to the table a wide range of strategies that can be used to engage, enthuse and support. It is
essential for you to have demonstrable awareness of the SEND code of practice.
