About the Role
The Lea is an Outstanding school in Harpenden with a passionate and dedicated team of teachers and TAs. We are looking
for an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team. You will be adaptable, flexible
and thrive in a busy learning environment and will seek to enhance the experiences of our children.
We welcome applications from both experienced TAs and those who are aspiring and ambitious. The role will be based in
KS2 but may also extend to KS1 occasionally.
You will have GCSE English and maths (or equivalent),have good communication skills, be well organised, be able to work
