Teaching Assistant

About the Role

We are working with a number of specialist schools across Hertfordshire looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support

pupils with Autism and complex learning needs. These schools support pupils with a range of additional needs including

ASD, communication difficulties, sensory needs and learning challenges. The role involves supporting pupils both 1:1 and

in small groups, helping them access learning and build confidence within a structured environment. Successful

candidates understand the importance of patience, routine and consistency when working with pupils with additional
