About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and compassionate administrator to join our Children’s Community
Nursing Service, based at The Medical Centre in W9. This is a rewarding role supporting a dynamic nursing team who work
closely with children and young people with acute, complex, and life-limiting conditions, as well as their families and
carers.
You will play a vital part in helping us deliver high-quality, family-centred care — coordinating nursing visits,
managing essential medical supplies, and liaising with families and a wide range of professionals involved in each
