About the Role
We are looking for a experienced RNLD or RMN to manage the day to day running of the Primary care liaison Team based in
the City and County of Nottingham and the Acute Liaison Team based in NUH Hospitals. The post holder’s key role is to
lead the primary care team to support adults with intellectual disabilities to access mainstream health services. The
Post holder will lead on the development GP registers who are identified as having a learning disability registered with
a GP in Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
The Role includes also the Leadership and Management of the Acute liaison Nurses based within NUH Hospitals and will
