Team Lead Physiotherapist- General Surgery

About the Role

JOB OVERVIEW

To ensure a high quality, effective and efficient physiotherapy service of the general surgery specialty within

allocated resources. To use highly specialist physiotherapy knowledge and skills to manage own complex caseload, as an

autonomous practitioner.  To lead and manage own team and to supervise, teach and develop staff and students to meet

individual and service needs.  To deputise for the Clinical Leads when necessary and take part in the on call/weekend

rota.
