About the Role

Location:  Dragonby Road - Scunthorpe

We are looking to appoint a Team Leader to join our specialist, residential service at Dragonby Road in Scunthorpe.

There are two distinct aspects to the role of Team leader, a direct support role to the people who use our services and

a management function.

You will be responsible for the general supervision of the direct care provision of a team of support staff to ensure

that the people who use our services receive a complete person-centred care service. Mentoring, supervising, coaching
