ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Night Team Leader at a Barchester care home, you'll help to make our residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling so
that we can deliver the person-centred care and support they deserve. Always focusing on respecting our residents'
independence, privacy, dignity and choice, you'll lead and supervise our Carers and Senior Carers with the support of a
Registered Nurse or Care Practitioner. We'll rely on you to make sure individual care plans are followed to the letter
so that we can achieve the highest standards. You'll also ensure each resident has lots of quality one-to-one time.
