About the Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will supervise shifts, manage care plans, and collaborate with families and healthcare professionals. Your role includes administering medication, conducting risk assessments, and supporting care assistants to enhance residents' independence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise care staff during shifts
- Manage and create care plans for residents
- Administer and document medication accurately
- Conduct risk assessments for resident safety
- Support residents in daily activities
- Collaborate with the leadership team on service development
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care preferred
- Strong organizational and IT skills
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Understanding of care planning processes
- Willingness to train in medication administration
