Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care and support to residents.
• Maintain high standards of care and service.
• Supervise and motivate a team of care assistants.
• Prepare and review individualized care plans.
• Administer medication as per guidelines.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to concerns.
• Foster effective communication within the team.

Requirements

• Caring nature with a commitment to resident wellbeing.
• Experience supporting older individuals, especially with dementia.
• Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
• SVQ or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential.
