About the Role

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Senior Support Worker/ Team Leader to join our Supported Living service in

Bradford and Huddersfield

As a Team Leader you will provide support in our Supported Living Services in Bradford and Huddersfield, providing

specialised person centred support. Radis recognises each person as an individual and provides a unique service which is

tailored to their specific needs and provides a consistent approach throughout their life.

You will work alongside the Managers of our Supported Living Services - overseeing the smooth running of these services,
